個人情報保護方針
グッディア株式会社（以下、当社）は、企業と消費者のマーケティング活動に貢献するため、インターネットを活用した各種サービスを通じて、最適なソリューションをご提供することを目的に、当社の「情報セキュリティ基本方針」に基づき、個人情報保護方針を定める。
当社の業務に従事するすべての者（従業者）は、個人情報が、厳正な管理のもとで適切に利用し保護すべきお客さまの大切な財産であることと、当社にとって も重要な資産であるという認識のもと、個人情報の保護に関するマネジメントシステムの適切な運用を通じて、以下の方針に従うとともに徹底した管理体制を維持しお客さまの信頼に応えてまいります。
第1条
適切な個人情報の取得、利用及び提供に関して規程及び具体的ルールを定め、実施します。
第2条
個人情報を取得する際は、あらかじめ利用目的を特定し、明示します。
第3条
特定された利用目的の達成に必要な範囲を超えた個人情報の取扱いは行いません。またこれを防止するための適切な措置を講じます。
第4条
個人情報の取扱いに関する法令、国が定める指針その他の規範を遵守します。
第5条
個人情報の漏えい、滅失又はき損の防止及び是正に関する規程及び実施手順を定め、実施します。
第6条
個人情報に関する苦情又はご相談をいただいたときは、速やかにこれに対応致します。
第7条
本人の情報に対し開示、訂正又は削除を求められた時は、合理的な期間内に対応致します。
第8条
当社の個人情報保護マネジメントシステムは継続的に見直しのための活動を行い、改善致します。
第9条
本個人情報保護方針は、当社のインターネット・ホームページ等に掲載することにより、公開致します。

Privacy Policy
Goodia Inc. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) establishes this Privacy Policy based on its Information Security Policy, with the aim of providing optimal solutions through various Internet-based services and contributing to the marketing activities of businesses and consumers.
All persons engaged in the Company’s operations (including employees) recognize that personal information is a valuable asset entrusted to us by our customers and must be appropriately used and protected under strict management, and that such information is also an important asset of the Company. Through the proper operation of our personal information protection management system, we will comply with the following policies, maintain a thorough management framework, and strive to earn and maintain the trust of our customers.

We will establish and implement regulations and specific rules regarding the appropriate acquisition, use, and provision of personal information.
Article 2
When acquiring personal information, we will identify and clearly state the purpose of use in advance.

We will establish and implement regulations and procedures for the prevention and correction of leakage, loss, or damage of personal information.
Article 6
We will promptly respond to complaints or inquiries concerning personal information.
Article 7
When an individual requests the disclosure, correction, or deletion of their personal information, we will respond within a reasonable period of time.
Article 8
We will continuously review and improve our personal information protection management system.
Article 9
This Privacy Policy will be made publicly available by posting it on the Company’s website and through other appropriate means.
